What do I get?

You will receive expert design advice by an award-winning design firm on what furnishings to purchase for your project that fit your style and lifestyle! We do this by delivering the following:

  • Inspiration Concept Board

  • Customized Design Board

  • Detailed furniture floor plan with all dimensions necessary for installation

  • Advice on accessories and art along with placement of these pieces

How long does the design process take?

You can expect the design process to take approximately 8 weeks from our first hello to placing all orders. This does not include any lead time of the furnishing that are chosen.

How much does it cost?

We keep our pricing very simple and transparent. As every project is different, we will access the scope of work and present you with a flat fee for our services.

How is purchasing handled?

We use a mix of both retail and custom pieces for each project and pass our trade discount to you, which can range from 10%-50% off retail pricing. We use our clients' credit cards when possible for all purchases. If a particular vendor does not allow that, we bill our clients through our user-friendly online portal.

Once the items are purchased, we provide each vendor with your contact information for scheduling deliveries.

Can you recommend vendors needed for my project?

Of course! Over the years, we have assembled an excellent team that have proven their quality time and time again. We provide you with a list of vendors you will need for your project to make the process quick and easy!

  • Handyman
  • Electrician
  • Painter
